This includes implementation and maintenance of the database and API systems used by CIS websites and third-party web/desktop applications. Other equivalent combinations of education, certifications, training, and experience may be considered. Education: Associate degree Knowledge: Knowledge of web and database development, desktop troubleshooting, network security, object-oriented programming, and procedural programming. A strong knowledge of web scripting languages and database programming, such as, T-SQL, .NET, C#, MVC, Blazor, SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue, Knockout, jQuery, Angular, and Visual Studio. Strong knowledge of desktop support in a networked environment, Microsoft operating systems and office application support. Certificates: None. Certifications: None. Licenses: None. Experience: More than 7 years’ experience. Unless otherwise approved by the Department Manager and Supervisor, the typical schedule is Monday – Friday falling between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Rarely work outside of typical office hours, as necessary. The home office for this position is CIS’ main office. At the discretion of the Executive Director, the home office may be designated as another office. This position includes occasional travel to meetings, training, conferences, staff events and CIS’ Annual Conference; may include two – three nights of overnight travel.
