Job description

Digital design for the Allspring business with a focus on creating compelling and impactful user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal colleagues to understand business goals.
  • Contribute to resource gathering exercises such as design and content audits, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Participate in cross-functional workshops such as co-creation and journey mapping exercises.
  • Synthesize user needs and business objectives to formulate testable prototypes and validation.
  • Ideate and create solutions that generate positive client experiences and results.
  • Use of design and prototyping tools such Sketch, Figma, and Adobe CS.
  • Create any required supporting documentation such as wireframes, user flows, personas, service blueprints, etc. in accordance with UX best practices.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, fellow designers, writers, digital marketing partners, and developers to translate requirements into useful and usable experiences ensuring adherence to design best-practices and brand consistency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of CX or relevant experience.
  • Examples of personal portfolio experience.
  • Service design/design thinking.
  • UX/interaction design.
  • UI/visual design.
  • Clear and current understanding of the existing and future capabilities of the iOS and Android mobile platforms.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve.
  • Ability to communicate and simplify complex ideas and terminology to various internal audiences.
