Job description

The Digital Marketing Project Manager will be a key contributor to the Digital Marketing team. This role will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of complex projects across our MarTech stack. Key focus in the first year will be the new build of Allspring Global Investments website, the implementation of a new content management system and delivery of related technologies to support our client facing websites. The Project Manager will work closely with our Technical Team and should have prior experience managing technical projects. We are seeking top talent to help us deliver best in class, secure websites, content management systems, CRMs, and other Marketing technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage complex digital projects including collaborating with the Digital Team to create and monitor comprehensive action plans, resources, budgets, and timeframes.
  • Track and proactively evaluate potential problems, technical hitches and deliver solutions.
  • Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
  • Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, maintain effective communication with leadership to keep them aware of critical issues and action plans.
  • Responsible for the development and upkeep of leadership business unit's key metrics, reports, and dashboards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 years of project management experience with digital/technical projects.
  • Experience building, re-engineering, integrating, or implementing Website(s) of scale
  • Previous experience navigating obstacles, while driving for results through collaboration, a sense of urgency and client focus.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
Desired Qualifications

  • Prior Marketing project management experience including delivery of marketing technologies.
  • Several years of Business to Business (B2B) financial services experience, High preference in Asset Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring people together, outstanding flexibility, teamwork, and leadership.
  • Experience with Hootsuite or similar social media content management systems preferred.
  • Experience in website delivery on Azure.
  • Experience implementing or integrating the content management platform Optimizely.
