Job description

We are seeking a Product Content Marketing Manager to work specifically on cross-channel (Institutional, Wealth, Liquidity) content needs across multiple content mediums such as written pieces, PowerPoint presentations, social media, email promotion and website properties. This role will focus on our focus products/strategies, as well as the capabilities of the firm, including but not limited to Sustainable Investing, DE&I, Retirement, etc.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create strong story lined, visually appealing product, strategy, and capability content across multiple content mediums (PowerPoint, brochure, written piece, website, video, social media, email).
  • Strategize, execute, and deliver materials for campaigns, global themes, and focus products.
  • Ensure content is written with the appropriate channel in mind (institutional, liquidity, private wealth, DC, etc.).
  • Deliver on difficult and high-profile content projects, partnering with Marketing, Distribution, and Investment Teams.
  • Examine existing materials and templates to strategize future approach.
  • Enhance digital presence: Lead content needs for website overhaul; liaise with social media and web teams; work on video strategy/creation.
  • Strategize email promotion by channel with Channel Leads and work on enhanced content utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Required qualifications:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience with a focus on content (websites/social media/video/capability writing/etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Marketing.
  • Experience with advanced PowerPoint creation.
  • Must have a background in investment management.
  • Previous experience creating/developing/editing content.
Desired Qualifications

  • 7+ year's relevant marketing/financial services/asset management industry experience.
  • Specific experience writing product/strategy/capability content for institutional and retail audiences.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Experience in digital marketing - use of digital tools, social media.
  • Comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible, open-minded, proactive, and cooperative personality.
  • Structured work style, be confident working autonomously but like to be part of a team.
