AsaSeniorTechnical Product Manager, you will play a critical role inplanning andexecuting the product strategy and roadmap.This is both astrategicand hands-on role focused uponoptimizing the revenue stream from your product while looking for opportunities to continually improve all aspects of your product in order to meet evolving market needs. A successfulSeniorTechnical Product Manager will have a deep understanding of the more technical aspects of our product offering including, but not limited to APIs, Authentication, Authorization, and Configuration, and will work closelywith Development,Architectureand other Technology stakeholdersto drive the strategy for these product capabilities.Although closely aligned with the Technology organization, your role is to solve the business and user needs of your target customers, not to define the technical solution or implementation itself. In this role you will not only betaskedwithdrivingtop-line revenue growthandbottom-lineprofitability,but you will alsocreatethe business case that drivesfurtherinvestment in your ideas.Once innovation or enhancement opportunities areidentified, and accepted for funding by the senior leadership team, you will manage the product through the entire product lifecycle, includingrefiningthe product vision, articulatingor adjustingthe product strategy,gathering market and business requirementsand actualizing the product roadmap. Your efforts must bealigned with thecompany's overarchingbusiness strategy and goals. You will need toactively engage with customers,prospects, and internal stakeholdersto gain a deep understanding of their needsin order toidentify quantifiableopportunities.Targeted market research and ongoing customer contact will helpyoudeveloplucrativeideasand bring them to market.You will need to understand technology trends, see how they impact your roadmap, and how they can help to drive innovationacross the product line.Candidatesfor this positionmust possess the drive and passion to own all aspects of the product and translate that passion into meaningfulfinancialresults foreMoney, our client base andfutureprospects. As aSeniorTechnical Product Manager,you willwork with teams across the organization tofurther enhance and optimize your product. This includes, but is not limited to,architecture,engineering,finance, design,marketing, sales and customer service.Youwill be instrumental in definingand fine-tuningthe go-to-market strategyfor your technical products, helping teams to understandyour product's competitive positioning and the steps you are taking to ensure market leadership. The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $168,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise. This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the annual bonus program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.
