Provides project management support to new and existing projects and programswhilesupportingportfolio planning for investment and operating projects. Responsible for facilitating the development of technical, cost and schedule baselines and supporting documentation, updating project schedules, monitoring and reporting project progress analyzing costs and resources, and providing monthly reports. Provide input to the project execution plan, critical decision packages, and develop and support portfolio analysis and performance reporting. Required Skills Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of four years relevant experience; or Master's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and a minimum of two years relevant experience Preferred Skills Experience working with government agency requirements Leadership experience Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail Demonstrated action-oriented "can do" approach that demonstrates initiative and ownership About Us The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is operated for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) by Fluor Marine Propulsion, LLC (FMP), a wholly owned subsidiary of Fluor Corporation.
