The Naval Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) is looking for a team member to develop control and regulation architectures for high performance power conversion systems. NNL develops nuclear propulsion systems for U.S. Navy aircraft carriers and submarines. The Power System Development unit is responsible for developing the power electronics embedded control systems that are integrated into the electrical power distribution systems in U.S. Navy nuclear propulsion plants. The successful candidate will be a key player in developing the vision and advanced architecture concepts for the next generation of power electronics embedded control systems. About Us The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is operated for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) by Fluor Marine Propulsion, LLC (FMP), a wholly owned subsidiary of Fluor Corporation.
