Aon is looking for a Quantitative Analyst Responsibilities: A Quantitative Analyst uses technical, analytical, and communication skills to support senior members in the execution and production of all internal and external client deliverables Maintain a high level of competence on all analytical models/systems used within investment structure team Maintain familiarity with Aon investment beliefs and advisory positions on various topics Assist with the production of asset allocation studies, portfolio structure reviews, quantitative analytics, and other ad-hoc projects Develop and maintain investment collateral supporting various team deliverables Exhibits a keen attention to detail and ensures accurate and high-quality deliverables Manages multiple/concurrent projects and deadlines Reviews and finalizes work submitted by junior colleagues Qualifications: Outstanding technical and analytical skills Accuracy and attention to detail Excellent understanding of finance theory and investments Proficiency with Microsoft Office and specific software packages (e.g., Style Research, Bloomberg, eVestment, Bloomberg Barclays Capital Live, etc.) Ability to work independently and within a team environment on a variety of projects, receive instructions from a number of people, and meet project deadlines Advanced writing and communication skills desired Bachelor's degree in relevant area (e.g., business, finance, economics) Encouraged to be working toward relevant advanced degree and/or CFA and/or Quant credentials 2+ years of investment space experience We offer you A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
