Ancestry is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Lehi, UT or work Remotely. You will work on the Web Platform team to solve, implement, deliver, and adopt shared architecture, systems, libraries, and components. Using a variety of technologies and skillsets, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and high quality development across the company.

As an Infrastructure Engineer on the Web Platform team, you will help with an assortment of development projects that will help Ancestry migrate to a whole new web component based platform. You will help develop web components, release engineering processes using our front end load balancers, and help with overall maintenance of our web platform.

• Assist with efforts to improve shared architecture and systems across web services and web pages
• Facilitate adoption of shared code and libraries in web pages and web services
• Manage AWS-related resources

• Deploying/configuring routing infrastructure or similar technologies (F5 BigIP, NGINX, etc.)
• Experience with deployment concepts like CI/CD, IAC and related technologies (e.g. Terraform)
• AWS infrastructure such as: EC2, ECS, EKS, Fargate, Route 53, and Aurora
