Integrated Marketing Manager - Verathon

Our near-term goal is to build out a world-class global marketing organization and a key area on that future team is Marketing Program Management. We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to join us and lead our marketing initiatives across our three business units made up of our GlideScope BFlex product brand. This is an exciting time to join Verathon, especially as we are expected to deliver hypergrowth over the next few years. This role will work a hybrid in-office/remote schedule.

You will be responsible for leading and executing critical marketing programs to further raise awareness, drive demand generation, expand geographical coverage, launch new products and in other ways support the growth of the business. You will also collaborate closely with other team members in several areas including worldwide product promotion, positioning, planning and execution of digital marketing and other marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a creative team player and program manager with strong written, verbal, analytical and strategic skills plus a proven track record of delivering results.

Principal Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute the integrated global marketing plan for communications and campaigns to support our business units with awareness campaigns, sustained lead generation, new product introductions and database growth.
  • Collaborate with the business units, digital marketing, and regional marketing teams to create and execute the marketing plan(s).
  • Understand customer personas, buyers' journey and digital marketing best practices. Collaborate on product and/or campaign value propositions and make content recommendations based on the defined goals.
  • Apply digital marketing subject matter expertise to create thoughtful and effective demand generation plans that align with buyers' journey.
  • Proactively develop and track campaign and launch ROI/metrics, working closely with Sales and Marketing Operations, Product Management and Digital Marketing to seek out best practices to improve campaign and launch performance.
  • Lead cross functional teams through action plan development in support of product launch, campaign and countermeasure initiatives. Drive continuous improvement in execution and growth of results.
  • Develop online and offline marketing deliverables as well as sales and channel enablement tools (literature, brochures, website content, etc.), training materials, field and customer communications working with the Product Marketing team.
  • Lead the development of campaign and launch materials which include: setting campaign strategy and goals, leading project management, content writing or editing of marketing deliverables.
  • Drive creative projects and content development with creative/production resources and agencies.
  • Develop and present marketing strategy briefs including copy; involve the stakeholders and resources needed; incorporate competitive product content and market/business intelligence.
  • Manage demand generation budget for your specific programs and campaigns.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:



  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years Marketing Management and/or Product Management experience in the medical or high-tech B-to-B industries, preferably at the global level.
  • Experience leading demand generation plans, building a marketing funnel plan and leading campaign strategy and execution is required with experience in the healthcare market a definite plus.
  • Even though the role is the mastermind/conductor of our global marketing programs, a working knowledge of marketing automations tools (i.e. Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua) and digital platforms such as Google Analytics/Adwords is fundamental to successfully develop and drive the programs. Social media platform (i.e. Hootsuite, Sprinklr) knowledge also a plus.
  • Experience directing media vendors and creative agencies as well as managing budgets and tracking the performance of investments made.
  • Video production and/or other marketing asset production skills a plus
  • Strong initiative, high energy level, positive attitude and ability to think like an entrepreneur with ability to work cohesively in a team or as an individual contributor.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Confident communicator able to develop and present the results of activities and programs.
