Aon is looking for a Creative Manager, Digital and Interactive The Creative Manager for Digital and Interactive - North America will work with Pursuit and Creative leadership as well as internal stakeholders to deliver creative excellence across our Commercial Risk, Health, and Wealth Solutions. This position will require strong conceptual design skills and creative passion. This person has the ability to translate strategy into unique and effective creative solutions and flexibility to collaborate with and coach others to deliver. Required experience for this role: Demonstrate strong layout and design skills, acute attention to detail, accuracy, creativity, and self-motivation. Work closely with leadership to track needs of key clients Team focuses on digital and interactive design i.e. microsites, publish online, motion graphics created in Adobe After Effects, video editing and use of new tools such as Ceros Team partners closely with pursuit designers to complete complimentary interactive / digital deliverables Manage and assign / distribute creative projects to team, ensure deadlines are met, quality is consistent and adhere to brand guidelines Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments Represent Aon's brand strategy internally to persuade and influence others Develop flexible processes and tools to support different levels of creative needs in a fast-paced environment Inspire and manage creative team to deliver innovative visually stunning results across the spectrum of digital and interactive media Skills and Experience: Demonstrate experience coaching and inspiring creative talent Demonstrate ability using research insights and trends to bring creative concepts to life through innovative presentation tools Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams on multiple projects Demonstrate ability to prioritize projects, keep commitments, and consistently deliver highly effective creative. Self-initiative and desire for continuing professional growth along with the acquisition of new skills and expertise Familiarity with bootstrap and Java Script in addition to customizing HTML & CSS coding Experience with Google analytics and leveraging data to inform innovations Experience with video editing Experience with storyboarding and producing motion graphics Ability to articulate and follow Aon policies, procedures, and best practices Demonstrate success aligning creative strategies with client needs, budgets, and goals Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in related creative field Minimum 5 years of related experience Strong creative portfolio that shows a wide variety of media, techniques, and experience Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft office applications + focused on new, innovative offerings Well versed in UI/UX design, utilizes tools such as Mobirise and Ceros at an expert level Must be proficient in UI Design & Prototyping software i.e. Adobe XD Strong story boarding skills and execution of motion graphics in Adobe After Effects Video and motion graphic video production experience Communicate clearly, concisely, and in a timely manner with internal clients to determine project parameters and present ideas Collaborate with remote / off-site Aon colleagues to meet goals and create deliverables We offer you A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
