Advantest Test Solutions, Inc. (ATS) is looking for a Senior Test Technician to join our team in Irvine, CA. ATS is a leading provider of massively parallel electronic test systems that includes System Level Test (SLT), burn in and semiconductor/module tests. ATS has an exciting line of high-performance test systems that support the semiconductor industry around the world. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, proactive, hands-on and able to work successfully in a stimulating environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, Test, and Repair Electronics Systems, Assemblies, Modules, and PCBA's to component level using schematics and other technical documents.
• Install and assemble New Electro-mechanical Equipment and Components including rework using soldering tools & equipment.
• Assist production and Engineering with miscellaneous tasks.
• Update Software and Run Tests on Existing equipment.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance.
• Maintain Reports and Manuals.
• Enter failure data and reports into RMA Database.
• Analyze and Interpret test data.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Some travel may be required to local suppliers.
