As a Health and Safety Director, you will:

  • Incorporate our company mission, culture, and values to maintain an inclusive environment and positive relationships with families, staff, and clients.

  • Regularly monitor the center's programs to assess program quality and that the children's learning is effectively documented and visible.

  • Lead compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, health and safety protocols, company policies, and new employee orientation.

Requirements:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field highly preferred; Associate degree required with educational plan to complete Bachelor's degree

  • At least two years of center supervisory or administrative experience in a high-quality program required, experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred

  • At least two years of professional child care teaching experience required

  • Candidates must be fully vaccinated or undergo weekly testing for COVID-19 (testing supplies and tracking provided by Bright Horizons) to ensure compliance with enhanced health and safety protocols and to keep yourself and others safe and free from illness.
