Historically, the travel requirement for this position has ranged from 80-100%. KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Digital & Data Solutions, Regulatory & Quality in Customer & Operations for our practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver advisory services to Life Sciences clients, primarily related to digital transformation across Quality, Regulatory and Operations functions including Regulatory Information Management and Quality Management Systems
  • Lead initiatives related to master data management, data architecture and/or data analytics for Life Sciences companies
  • Identify opportunities to implement automation or emerging technologies to streamline processes in Life Sciences
  • Assist Life Sciences clients deploy cloud-based software solutions capable of replacing legacy on-premise applications
  • Oversee workstreams on technology implementation projects related to data, processes, solution design and/or requirements
  • Manage client engagements, including facilitating engagement decisions, work plan, timeline and project management; spearhead business development activities in the Life Sciences industry such as client identification, proposal development, and creation of marketing collateral

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of recent consulting or business experience or combination thereof in the Life Sciences industry (pharmaceutical and/or medical device)
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master's degree from an accredited college/university and prior management consulting experience preferred
  • Understanding of digital strategy, data analytics and business execution via technology enablement, primarily in the areas of Quality and Regulatory; prior experience deploying validated solutions in the area of Quality and Regulatory, such as Veeva, Trackwise, Documentum
  • Experience in emerging technologies including Cognitive, Machine Learning, RPA, Data & Analytics
  • Excellent foundational skills including strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills, MS Office expertise, impactful client presence, compelling facilitation and presentation skills
  • Travel as needed
