Senior Developer

Allegro MicroSystems is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our Manchester, NH team. We are using technology to innovate with a purpose in an effort improve performance. This position's business domain is Sales & Marketing with the pursuit of improving top line growth. We do this by developing or enhancing business solutions to support business development initiatives. You will bring a technical expertise as a team member for prioritized projects. You possess the ability to work with business team members to capture required features, clearly define business logic, and be a key contributor to business solutions. You are excited by the freedom to use new technologies that improve user experience, architecture, scalability, or reliability.

In this position, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Being part of the team of developers to define application architecture
• Follow, support, and help adhere to the standards set forth by the architecture strategy
• Perform full lifecycle application development to deliver quality products on time
• Design, code, and debug data-driven, unit-tested services on Azure in C# .NET Core
• Perform front-end development in using HTML, CSS, and various technologies
• Perform system and code reviews to analyze scalability, reliability, and performance
• Work with Relational databases (Microsoft SQL)
• Work with data lakes and data warehouses
• Collaborate with business, technical, and team members
• Provide application support for existing applications
• Integrate with other business line systems whether they are commercial or internally developed software platforms
• Develop reports using tools such as SSRS or Tableau

The skillset you possess:

• Ability to lead development and testing efforts in C# .NET
• Front End development with HTML, CSS, Vue.js, Telerik components, etc
• Strong understanding of Source Control Management (Git strongly preferred)
• Full-Lifecyle Experience - from design to development to implementation to support
• Microsoft SQL database development
• Experience with continuous integration preferrable with Azure DevOps pipelines

The Experience and Education you have:

• 1+ years Cloud Development in Azure (preferred), AWS or GCP
• Experience with serverless technologies and architectures, e.g., Azure Functions
• 5+ years Object-Oriented design and development experience, preferably in .NET Core
• 3+ years web service development including designing, building, and testing
• At least one year of experience with microservices
• At least one year of experience with front-end development
• Experience with commercial integration tools (e.g. MuleSoft, Jitterbit)
• Prior experience supporting a marketing or sales environment is beneficial.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or related experience.
