Other duties may be assigned.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) or equivalent from four-year college in Human Resources or related field. 5+ years of experience in retail HR Management. Retail multi-unit experience preferred. Knowledge of state and federal laws including leave of absence programs. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.HRIS experience is preferred.
