Senior Associate, Financial Services Low Code Integration Specialist

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Financial Services Solutions for our practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead conversations with client stakeholders and SaaS providers to gather integration requirements and clearly articulate the information needed from the client and SaaS provider to meet the integration requirements in a timely manner
  • Partner with the Solutions Architect to fully understand the application and integration designs, and leverage it to develop integration requirements while also collaborate with the application development lead to develop user stories related to integrations, acceptance criteria and develop backlog in JIRA and Trello; in addition to assisting in the sprint release plan such as grooming, demos and demos and retrospection meetings with client stakeholders
  • Ensure that all application interfaces are designed and built in an optimal manner while being a professional in the low and no-code platforms and helping users navigate more complex features throughout the implementation phase
  • Monitor velocity and burndown charts to ensure adherence to development timelines; proactively escalate issues to engagement manager and partner(s)
  • Serve as a technical subject matter professional for junior configuration specialists, providing on the job mentoring/training, assisting with configuration design and reviewing work products
  • Develop a strong trusted advisor relationship with client stakeholders and mentor junior team members (configuration engineers and testers)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of four years of professional experience working on software application implementation in a developer/programmer role
  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Engineering, or Science from an accredited college/university or equivalent practical experience in management, technical or engineering field
  • Experience interfacing directly with corporate clients to understand their business needs, creating solutions, and ability to drive implementation of software products with experience in standardizing data
  • Prior knowledge with web application development experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java or .NET and integration experience with APIs (REST, SOAP) and other communication protocols
  • Relational or other database query experience; preferred modern front-end framework experience (e.g. React, Angular)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal along with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Travel may be up to 80-100%
