KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Learning & Development Deployment to join our Learning & Development organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement the registration and required learning strategies
  • Manage communications planning and process for learning deployment and individual learner inquires
  • Coordinate technology reviews and QA to ensure a world-class product is deployed to learners
  • Oversee logistical elements of the learning program including session planning, facilitator coordination and materials distribution
  • Travel to large in person trainings and provide onsite logistical support and guidance to the onsite team
  • Ensure learning management system information is captured and managed appropriately from the build through the retirement process

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of recent business experience in either learning deployment, event delivery or operations and logistics
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Deployment skills with knowledge/experience with technologies that enable learning delivery and operational processes; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, Access and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to effectively prioritize workload and multitask; team player with the ability to develop collaborative relationships across teams
  • Ability to travel up to ten percent
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
