Job Responsibilities As a Software Engineering intern supporting the RF Environment Generation (RFEG) line of business within our Government Systems business segment, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting edge technologies that provide detailed environment generation systems that support some of the most technically advanced aircraft in the world. Viasat is the leader in dense, realistic RF environment generators. You will work with a highly skilled group of software, hardware, firmware, and system engineers to test the latest RF Stimulator technologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with the RFEG team, but also be self-motivated and able to work independently. The ability to develop software to control the RF radiation of hundreds of simulated aircraft is both complex and challenging, but ultimately very rewarding. The candidate should be skilled in C, Python and Java. Experience with real time operating systems and embedded processors is a plus. Requirements

$70.00 hourly
