Audit Application Technical Support Advisor II

KPMG is currently seeking an Audit Application Technical Support Advisor II to join our Audit Technology organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in multiple projects, working closely with application business (end user) leads, security leads, and development leads to support critical audit applications
  • Work independently with appropriate oversight to coordinate and perform application support, troubleshooting, deployments and documentation
  • Assist in patching compliance, system and performance monitoring, certificate management, and automation of systems
  • Manage relationship with clients, ensuring high standards and quality of technical solutions while keeping abreast of latest technology developments
  • Interact in a professional and courteous manner with all levels within the organization
  • Team player and always readily share knowledge with the other members

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years recent professional experience working on supporting large enterprise applications in a Support environment.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred
  • Experience working with clients/customers to develop documentation around standards, process, and procedures
  • Experience in Request, Incident and Change management using tools like ServiceNow and JIRA; experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration and basic Microsoft SQL Server Concepts and Queries
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, BigFix, REST APIs, Linux server administration. and PowerShell scripting a plus; Knowledge related to application administration of Celonis, PowerBI, Alteryx, QlikView, ABBYY FlexiCapture, and UiPath a plus
  • US Citizenship is required (200TEC)
