KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Risk Assurance - GRC Technology for our practice.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and manage client engagements focusing on Workday security, Workday controls and audits of Workday environments. Lead meetings with clients related to Workday security and controls
• Evaluate the design and effectiveness of Workday controls throughout the business cycle
• Lead and support go-to-market activities while also leading and supporting internal activities related to innovation, marketing and operations in order to grow the practice
• Work with clients to identify opportunities for improvement in the areas of Workday security and controls
• Supervise managers, senior associates and associates on engagements
• Help coach and train team members to grow the Workday knowledgebase of the team

Qualifications:

• Minimum eight years of recent experience; or four or more full lifecycle engagements implementing Financials or Human Capital Management with hands-on Workday security and controls configuration implementation experience
• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university; certifications in Workday Financials or Human Capital Management preferred
• Management or project lead experience in a consulting firm preferred and demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives to win client's business
• Ability to grow skills and knowledge and become an expert with Workday security and controls and provide guidance to help the practice grow stronger in this skill set while handling multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines while taking accountability and resolving issues
• Ability to travel up to 80%
