Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to maintain, expand, and evolve the technical landscape of our isolated government environments. You will be provided the opportunity to expand your technical IT experience through collaboration with cross functional teams and the delivery of a wide range of services and technologies that will deliver automation, efficiency, manageability, and security.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an equivalent development role
• Experience developing with Python/Golang/PowerShell/Bash
• Experience with CI/CD tools for infrastructure and IT operations automation (Git, Jenkins, Ansible)
• Strong skills in research, critical thinking, and analytical reasoning to support troubleshooting, innovative challenge resolution, and recommendations for continual improvement
• Solid understanding of network fundamentals (OSI model, TCP/IP, ports/protocols)
• Experience with API development and use to support automation and self-service capabilities
• Experience working with JSON/YAML
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Travel: Up to 10%
• Government position: US Only Citizenship Required
• Familiarity with NIST 800-53, 800-171, or 800-172
• Clearance: Secret or the ability to attain

Preferences

• Experience with development in an IL-5/6/7 cloud
• Experience working on an Agile team
