Sustainability Energy Analyst Key Role: Provide analytical and reporting support to an Army National Guard program.Review and validate modernization and construction projectsfocused on energy and water efficiency, renewable energy, energy security, energy resiliency and utilities or infrastructure projects. Validate estimates within the document based on National Institute of Science and Technology (NIST) regulations.Review, validate, and consolidate data related to base operations, including electrical, water, wastewater, heating and cooling, other utilities, and solid waste operations. Coordinate reporting energy, water, and renewable energy data into the Army Energy and Water Reporting System (AEWRS) to the 54 states and territories' energy managers.Support ARNG program managers on data collection of the Army Annual Energy Management Report (AEMR), Comprehensive Energy and Water Evaluations (CEWE), and ARNG sustainability scorecard.Develop and deliver training materials to Army Guard energy managers from states and territories.This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely. Basic Qualifications: -1+ years of experience with business analysis and data management -Experience with data analysis, including data gathering and normalization -Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint -Bachelor's degree Additional Qualifications: -Experience with energy or utility tracking and performance -Experience with AEWRS -Experience with Army or DoD sustainability and energy regulations -Experience as a non-commissioned officer in the Army Guard or Army Reserve -Ability to work well within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Compensation: At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choice, and support your total well-being. The salary for this position will be determined based on various factors. The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 55,000 to 60,000.
