Job Description

SUMMARY
Responsible for oversee the workforce to assure proper case selection is being accomplished on a daily basis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Oversees the workforce, as directed by management, to ensure proper case selection is being accomplished on a daily basis.
• Escalate issues beyond scope of authority to Management as needed.
• Keep management informed of issues within assigned area of responsibility.
• Ensure loads are properly assembled, all cases properly tagged and pallets are wrapped when necessary.
• Maintain necessary reports and records all discrepancies on a timely basis.
• Stay aware of safety and sanitation conditions and advise management to take corrective action when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

External Qualifications

Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 1+ year performing audits in a warehouse or distribution environment. Ability to follow process follow processes, policies, and procedures and follow detailed instructions. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel and Word) and excellent communication skills.

Preferred: Previous knowledge of SAP, and experience in supply chain operations in a distribution environment
