HX5 is actively searching for a Senior Systems Engineer to support the Armament Systems Development team at Eglin AFB, Florida.

Day to Day duties (include but not limited to):

• Standardize weapon system design approaches across the EB portfolio
• Contribute to cost/performance capability trade off analyses by providing strategic view of EB and USN weapons portfolio
• Engage with other US Government entities and development teams to leverage common digital approaches to solve multi-domain cross-directorate operations capability gaps

Education and Experience Requirements

• Engineering degree from ABET accredited college.
• Master's degree and fifteen (15) years of professional experience; or
• Ph.D. and five (5) years of professional experience
• Recent and/or relevant DoD or USAF strategy experience

Must be a US Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance prior to date of hire, with an investigation date within the past (6) six years.
