ServiceNow Innovation Architect

What You'll Do:

The ServiceNow Innovation Architect is responsible for identifying and creating innovative solutions using the latest emerging technologies to improve customer and operation experience. They solve complex problems using ServiceNow along with other innovative or evolving technologies to address customer's biggest business challenges. They also serve as a subject matter expert and trusted technical advisor to the Cognizant ServiceNow Strategy and Solutions Group and ServiceNow Leadership team. This role is expected to be a thought leader, both internally and externally, by actively participating in industry conferences, client workshops, and executive strategy sessions, searching for ways to solve business challenges leveraging ServiceNow. The ServiceNow Innovation Architect will work as a liaison between the business challenges of Cognizant's largest, most strategic customers, and the AppDev Platform-as-a-Service technology provided by ServiceNow and adjacent solutions.

Responsibilities

* Participate in solution envisioning both internally and externally with clients * Solve complex business and technical problems using ServiceNow + adjacent and/or integrated technologies and proposing various solutions in a business context. * Design and architect solution and offering prototypes as part of an Innovation Team, bringing to life new solutions to business challenges faced by customers in Cognizant's five strategic verticals (Healthcare and Life Sciences, Technology, Media, and Telecom; Manufacturing, Logistics, Energy, and Utilities; Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance; and Retail, Consumer Goods, Travel & Hospitality) * Collaborate with other Solution Architects throughout Cognizant to design unified ServiceNow solutions and prototypes using a variety of connected technologies (RPA, Process Mining, HR, ERP, CRM, Cloud, etc.) * Collaborate with other architects and technology teams to prototype quickly and effectively in an Agile environment, responding to feedback from key internal or customer stakeholders. * Monitor industry trends, best practices, and disruptive technologies, working with the Innovation Lead to determine alignment to strategy and future direction * Provide internal or external enablement to customers, sellers, and engineers via training sessions or lunch and learns on new solutions and offerings * Create and deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and sample solutions

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES

* Skill converting business requirements to designs and user stories. * Solid understanding of and experience working in an Agile environment across multiple workstreams or prototypes simultaneously. * Innovative and demonstrates curiosity to expand skills and adapt to a changing technological landscape * Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as comfort presenting to a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences, both internally and customer-facing. * Significant experience matching appropriate technologies to business needs Page 2 of 2 * Hands on coding experience in developing solutions and/or POCs leveraging cloud based PaaS, and/or open sources frameworks. Knowledge on ServiceNow is a strong plus. * Track record of providing technology innovation and practical solutions that offers value for clients. * 5+ years of architecture experience working on complex enterprise systems * 3+ years of experience in designing and prototyping innovative solutions * Expertise with emerging technologies not limited to contactless pay, blockchain, mobile tech, omnichannel commerce, application innovation is a strong plus
