In the role of Strategic Air Force Initiatives, you will help to develop and execute a vision to take Viasat to a higher level of impact and influence with our U.S. Air Force customers. As the Director of USAF Special Programs, you will lead our efforts to drive long-term customer value by engaging with the USAF as an advocate on their behalf. You will be responsible for ensuring the organization has a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and outcomes that directs how we engage customers in the optimal way at various touchpoints across the entire relationship to drive business outcomes. You will manage all customer relationships in support of Wright-Patterson AFB and will also serve as a strategic partner in the development of our Customer Relationship, Strategy, Acquisition and Engagement teams.
