Primrose School of North Olathe is a premier early education childcare center located in Olathe, Kansas. We are an established center with strong enrollment and a school culture defined by respect and leadership, starting with our hands on owners and a Leadership Team with a combined 30+ years dedicated to the early development of young children. Our director was a Preschool teacher for many years and is now in a unique position to support teachers. Facility Owners are on-site daily and an active part of the Leadership team We take care of our teachers. During April and May of 2020 during the height of the Pandemic, our facility remained opened and all our teachers were retained and given Hazard Pay to complete their 40 hours per week. We are seeking enthusiastic Teachers to plan and implement an ongoing program of activities that promote the social, emotional, cognitive and physical development of each child, in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning approach to teaching and learning and the Kansas State Childcare guidelines. What you can expect if you join the Teaching Team at Primrose School of North Olathe: You will join a professional learning community dedicated to children. Our teachers nurture curiosity, confidence, creativity and compassion. You will receive quality training, have a clear understanding of important school policies and procedures adopted to ensure the health and safety of our children, staff and families. Using our researched informed Balanced Learning Approach, teachers do not have to create curriculum. Instead, their time is focused on implementing the daily curriculum, building relationships, planning activities, being creative, enhancing learning opportunities and encouraging and supporting purposeful play. You will be supported by our dedicated Leadership Team. Our Director, Operations Manager and Education Coach work closely to provide teachers the support they need to be successful. Paid professional development and staff team building are scheduled 2 times a year. Program support and tuition reimbursement for teachers interested in completing a Child Development Associates Degree.
