Senior CyberArk Support Engineer - Remote

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior CyberArk Support Engineer to join our organization. This is a remote work opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the implementation, administration and support of the Cyberark Platform including but not limited to patching, troubleshooting, onboarding and configuration management
  • Create and manage Safes, Platforms and PSM Connectors
  • Handle day to day Cyberark Administration such as: Events, Incidents and Requests, based on a defined, ticket-driven service catalog and SLA
  • Partner with IT, vendors, business system analysts in performing root cause analysis and recommendation of viable solutions
  • Provide leadership with diagnosis, escalation as appropriate to management and communication to other support staff during critical system outages

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of Operational support experience for CyberArk within a large-scale enterprise
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; or equivalent work experience
  • Hands on experience in troubleshooting issues related to password rotation, account onboarding, monitoring, integrations with AD/ LDAP, SIEM Solutions and other integrations
  • Solid understanding of AAM in push/pull models leveraging usages and through REST APIs to fetch the passwords into the configuration and applications
  • PowerShell scripting; able to automate tasks within the enterprise password vault environment such as AAM agent updating and log purging; ability to provide automation to operating system tasks as well; must be able to work weekends and nights for maintenance windows and on-call rotation
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills with the capacity to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; excellent trouble-shooting and organizational skills; capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; must have US Citizenship
