- Act as key strategic advisor and provide counsel and support to BPG in the following areas: workforce design and architecture, talent development, talent performance management and workforce analytics
- Help develop and execute strategies, programs, and initiatives to enhance the attraction, development, retention, and experience of BPG professionals; manage and run potential employee experience initiatives for BPG; work with leaders, HR Business Advisors and others to ensure effective implementation
- Participate/support in BPG people related transformation projects involving optimization, strategy, organizational design, sourcing and selection, and/or implementation support
- Demonstrate the ability to take ownership of tasks and coordinate internal resources for the successful and timely execution of projects; lead the communications strategy to facilitate change management for BPG talent initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with, and influence in a consistent manner, senior leadership across BPG, Human Resources and firm such as technology, marketing, communications, business school, finance, risk management, and Office General Counsel
- Assist other BPG initiatives including Inclusion and Diversity, Learning & Development
Qualifications:
- Minimum eight years of recent relevant work experience as an organizational effectiveness professional or related; preferred specialization in one or more of the following areas: Behavioral Insights and Design, Organizational Design, and/or Workforce Planning/Shaping
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; advanced degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Behavioral Science, Behavioral Economics or related field preferred
- Experience successfully leading and implementing high visibility projects from ideation through implementation with strong change enablement implications; prior project management/ change enablement experience; internal or external consulting experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively lead and present to large groups, meetings and councils; outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong executive-level stakeholder management and relationship skills; must be proficient in Microsoft applications such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
