KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Business Hub Operations to join our KPMG Ignition within our Growth and Strategy organization.

Responsibilities:

• Support the business operations and governance that enables Ignition's growth and expansion, including leading execution in areas such as budget development and management, financial management, modeling, talent and resource management, data quality, analysis, workflow systems, reporting as well as vendor management and procurement
• Assist leaders through access and analysis of necessary data, including financial, resourcing, time tracking; supports the agility of delivery teams
• Develop strong working relationships with the firm ecosystem related to areas of responsibility, including F&A, HR, Digital Nexus, Resource Management, Procurement and many more
• Establish resource management, planning and staff allocation, program in line with business strategy in support of pipeline
• Seek to evolve, simplify, and automate centralized processes e.g., Alteryx, ASK, etc.; supports continuous innovation and improvement of all operational processes and systems
• Aid strategic projects as directed by Business Hub Leader

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of recent experience in professional services; experience in consulting or business execution is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business studies from an accredited college/university
• Proven ability to manage projects successfully; experience analyzing, managing, and synthesizing data for leadership consumption and action; solid experience improving and/or automating processes
• Ability to work independently, proactive, organized and pays attention to detail; works well in a team environment, capable of working collaboratively to get things done
• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong Microsoft Suite skills within PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio, Teams; hands on experience with Mural, Alteryx, PowerBI; CPA a plus
• Capacity to work in an agile, adaptable, dynamic, fast-paced environment that is sometimes ambiguous
