Project Control Analyst, Senior

The Opportunity:

As a project control analyst on our team, you'll create a financial management strategy to help your client succeed. You'll work with program management to build an actionable plan for your client to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals for a portfolio of tasks in the security sector.

As a key member of our Project Control Organization (PCO) team, you'll promote the achievement of financial objectives by providing subject matter expertise and consulting on programmatic financial matters. You'll cultivate and implement strategies at the program level to drive financial performance in alignment with group goals. Leverage a comprehensive understanding of the full life cycle program and contract financial management. Facilitate collaboration across corporate core and business program organizations to proactively prevent and mitigate risk on the highest-risk programs. You'll enjoy a highly impactful role that touches upon financial performance, key contract dynamics, cash collection, DSO management, program management, green team strategic support, contractual compliance Issues, and high-risk PMR and IPR support.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting within a large corporate organization

  • Experience with Tableau and Costpoint

  • Knowledge of long-term revenue, profit growth, and cash flow management

  • Ability to serve as the SME on programmatic financial matters and help to develop the financial management strategy for high-risk programs

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with dual time-keeping reporting systems

  • Experience with bottoms-up forecast review and variance analysis, and providing large program PMR and IPR support

  • Experience with the development of ad hoc analysis to support high risk-programs, mitigating contractual compliance issues, cash collection, and DSO management

  • Ability to identify, share, and help implement leading practices, and take the lead with program managers in terms of communications, driving action items to completion, and guiding them to tasks as the financial focal POC of the client-facing team

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems

  • DAWIA LevelIII Program Management or Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
