Job Description -

Responsibilities



  • Deep business and domain knowledge of Supply Chain Planning, Demand, Inventory and Supply & Response
  • Support business strategy, process optimization and implementation efforts of S&OP client engagements
  • Good end to end knowledge of supply chain domain
  • Utilize data collection tools and analytics methodology for supply chain analysis
  • Business data-based analysis and interpretation of the supply chain trends, optimization, and forecasting relating to performance metrics and potential recommendations to clients.
  • Define business architecture and business solution design
  • Develop implementation strategies, formulate project plans, and address specific engagement issues, in collaboration with middle- and senior-level client personnel
  • Gather and define business and functional requirements
  • Analyze and publish inferences based on external competitive benchmarking and analysis
  • Develop business cases, perform ROI calculations, and details out budget for initiatives
  • Deliver business process improvement, using our business consulting tools and methodologies
  • Capture best practices and contribute to Cognizant knowledge management initiatives



Skills & Qualifications



  • At least 10-14 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Life Sciences, Technology, Communication, Media; industry vertical SCM
  • Hands on experience in any package solution using or implementing with tools will be desired but not mandatory
  • Big 4 or similar consulting experience
  • Program and project management experience
  • Experience participating in the lifecycle of a business transformation
  • Functional expertise in relevant analysis tools and package software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven record of academic and professional success
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones
