In this role, you will:

Delivery



  • Manage the full life cycle of complex projects
  • Perform hands-on project work, including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management, as needed by the project
  • Support the evaluation and resolution of project issues and scope changes throughout the project phases
  • Manage client engagements in a matrixed fast-paced environment, including core aspects required to successfully plan, forecast, manage and report
  • Lead cross-functional delivery teams to deliver impactful business outcomes
  • Develop integrated plans to establish, monitor, manage and report key milestones and deliverables
  • Be i nvolved in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area of responsibility
  • Provide solutions (often technology enabled) to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
  • Manage and collaborate with internal Centric teams and third parties in account administration activities, such as project setup, talent acquisition and staffing, approval of account time and expense, billing, and accounts receivable, etc.


Business Development



  • Establish and manage collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders to assess and recommend optimal business and technical solutions
  • Evaluate existing accounts to expand offerings and analyze competitors, recommend strategies, and lead proposals to gain net new business
  • Forecast sales, develop Account Management/Sales strategies, and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Perform deal-related analysis, including financial modeling, due diligence, and negotiations
  • Drive discovery of new opportunities within the account to grow new revenue streams
  • Demonstrate value to the client by leading the creation of the solution proposal, business case, and contract
  • Create Centric collateral, such as, case studies and knowledge artifacts, that can be leveraged across Centric


Practice Management



  • Participate as a leader and champion in the Centric Cleveland business operating model and capability development, people development, market strategy development, as well as process and technology enablement.
  • Maintain alignment to the Centric mission to create unmatched experiences for our clients and employees.
  • Increase Centric growth and operational improvements
  • Maintain a connection to Centric through participation in events outside of client activities
  • Manage the activities of team members and subcontractors while providing performance feedback that ensures delivery excellence and supports the ongoing development of all team members
  • Build client working relationships across team members that foster a collaboration



Who you are:



  • Project leadership in business consulting (e.g., process improvement, change management), in technology consulting (e.g., data & analytics, customer application development, ERP, CRM, enterprise collaboration, customer experience) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in managing complex professional services projects and client relationships
  • Provide delivery, support business development, and practice management across multiple projects and situations simultaneously
  • Show flexibility in the type, duration, and nature of client delivery roles
  • Client and team management skills
  • Excitement around knowledge sharing, and the desire to mentor others.
  • Experience growing multiple complex accounts
  • Experience creating successful and repeatable Account Management/Sales processes
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the client and client's environment
  • Results oriented. Ability to set an account strategy and goals, and provide the leadership to ensure the team achieves the planned goals
  • Customer/Relationship oriented. Builds trust and has the client's best interest at heart
  • Executive-level communication, both internal and customer-facing, and ability to present technical and business solutions to executive leadership
  • Ability to thrive under pressure. Most comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to deliver unmatched client experiences
