Position Summary |
This position is responsible for:
(1) Conduct economic and demographic research related to Georgia's current and future growth, including the writing of research reports;
(2) Plan and manage all aspects of large and small economic research projects;
(3) Supervise student workers;
(4) Identify new research/contract/grant opportunities;
(5) Assist in writing grant proposals;
(6) Make written and oral presentations of research findings;
(7) Assist in strategic planning of the Selig Center's research agenda;
(8) Assist in the evaluation and hiring of research staff; and
(9) Be responsible for research quality to ensure that performance goals are met. |
