Program Analyst and Master Scheduler

On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of the Army. You'll work with program leadership to monitor cost, schedule, and performance of multiple projects using tools like Microsoft Project and daily interactions with multiple client stakeholders. The real power of project management comes from communication, so you'll create the tools necessary to inform the client and make recommendations for improvement to program leadership. You Have:

• 7+ years of experience with building, managing, and maintaining program master schedules

• 5+ years of experience with preparing integrated master schedules supporting DoD Acquisition Programs, Federal Agency scheduling efforts, vehicle development, or vehicle system development

• Ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders to achieve acommon goal and document the interdependencies

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• 3+ years of experience as a program analyst dealing with program cost, schedule, and performance

• Secret clearance

• PMP certification
