Knowledge Management Mid-Level Analyst @ DHS

Knowledge Management Mid-Level Analyst will provide strategic and operational support to all engagement activities for Knowledge Management (KM) Community of Practice (CoP) members and other stakeholders to DHS, at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Cybersecurity Division (CSD).

What You Will Do:



  • Support relevant KM communications
  • Support leadership briefing products
  • Coordinate with other CSD stakeholders (subdivisions, branches) as needed.
  • Support specific KM campaigns such as content management, assessments, process and knowledge mapping work (following Knowledge Management APQC guidance and recommended approaches)
  • Support engagements and coordination activities with KM CoP members
  • Facilitate completion of assessment and mapping templates and documents with KM CoP members
  • Provide development of CSD products and artifacts to support the campaign (s) work.
  • Planning steps to KM Strategy
  • Support KM Strategic communications
  • Facilitate strategy and long-term discussions in KM CoP meetings.


What You Will Need:

Education and Experience



  • Bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
  • 3-10 years of professional experience, with demonstrated success in Knowledge Management support.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities



  • Process-oriented and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication (writing) skills
  • Previous DHS experience desired
  • Cyber policy exposure in government or private sector desired
  • Current DHS suitability or Secret clearance desired
  • Must obtain Public Trust; security clearance not required.


Reporting Relationships:

Employee will report to a Senior-level Manager.
