Peak Performers has partnered with a national nonprofit to assist in their search for an Account Manager. In this position, you will provide account management of AbilityOne program-related federal contracts Major duties
Strengthen the AbilityOne program, either through preservation of existing contracts or developing product or service expansions resulting in sustained increases in jobs and sales. Promote the AbilityOne Program and assist NPAs in maintaining program and statutory compliance. Maintain knowledge of the AbilityOne Program to include assistance in federal contracting, price development, and coordination of business operations and processes to ensure timely delivery of quality products/services. Oversee all assigned customer account activities. Strengthen the AbilityOne program, either through preservation of existing contracts or developing product/service expansions resulting in sustained increases in jobs and sales. Maintain an awareness of Nonprofit Agency capabilities to support creating new contract opportunities and matters related to the AbilityOne Program. Provide consultation about Nonprofit Agency capability for additional products/services proposed for expansions or additions to the AbilityOne Procurement List. Provide support regarding AbilityOne Program, pricing, FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations), and relationship management. Provide support to NPAs regarding the development of price proposals.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution. 5-7 years of relevant work experience with federal contracting, federal billing, federal procurement process, federal supply schedule, customer support, account management or similar. Working knowledge of Federal acquisition process and procedures to include the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Code of Federal Regulations (CFAR), JWOD Act, and AbilityOne policies and procedures.
About this position
Salary: $75,000-$110,000 (depending on experience and geographic location) Days / Hours: Monday-Friday/8am-5pm Direct Hire Remote COVID 19 vaccination required PTO/Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
