Job Description

The Analyst - Sales is responsible for providing oversight of the reporting hierarchy within Coca-Cola UNITED and produces meaningful metrics, reports, charts, dashboards, and presentations using data from various systems. The role will ensure data integrity of business systems and manages the business planning/forecasting process, including sales trends and price modeling.

What your day will look like:
  • Interprets and delivers reports and analysis
  • Identify data that needs tracking to improve business performance
  • Prepares statistical summaries and reports associated from involving departmental data, or other records. Development of both operational and strategic presentation materials to aid senior management
  • Manages reporting processes from gathering requirements, designing report layout, and development/preparation of reports. Provides analytical support to the entire departmental Management team. Provides functional and technical expertise to departmental end users regarding report design and generation
  • Delivers in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions development and tracking of metrics.

  • Enters information from various sources into standard spreadsheet templates to track spending on promotional activities
What you need to succeed:
  • Minimum of 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies
  • Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines
  • Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets
  • Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology
  • Ability to work with all functional team members
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or 2 to 3 year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including complex formulas, pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have the ability to interpret large volumes of data
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving and attention to detail
  • Ability to interact with management
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be willing to travel throughout the Company
  • Frequent standing, walking, and typing/keyboard
  • Repetitive sitting
