Operations Support Supervisor

The Operations Support Supervisor is responsible for managing the performance of centralized servicing functions assigned to the Account Adjustment Team to ensure adherence to service levels and compliance with business and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will supervise, coordinate and train assigned staff in an effort to maintain department objectives. An Operations Support Supervisor must possess and apply necessary technical and analytical skills in order to complete the assigned tasks and analysis projects. This department focuses on accuracy of account terms when an event, such as bankruptcy or litigation, is encountered. The goal of this area is to have consistent, efficient and accurate adjustments completed to comply with regulatory, legal, compliance and systems functions.

In the Role

  • Coach and assist staff to maintain optimal performance. Foster an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maximize workflows
  • Establish, review, and implement procedures for work activities within a team unit.
  • Review, analyze, and create reports.
  • Conduct appraisals, new hire and termination interviews.
  • Recommend and administer corrective action or recognition for job performance.
  • Maintain position documentation, policies and procedures as appropriate.
  • Develop strategies and methods to increase departmental performance

    Requirements

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Basic knowledge of litigation and/or bankruptcy
    • One (1) or more years of experience with CLASS / Score account adjustments and transaction history

    Preferred:

    • Two (2) years leadership experience
