Job Summary Responsible for performing Lead Floor Care Specialist duties, minor maintenance, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that the floors are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. The majority of the daily activities will be hands-on working. Primary Duties Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The incumbent works on a daily basis with dangerous and toxic cleaning product that can be very harmful to ones health if not properly utilized. The incumbent also regularly cleans up blood, saliva and other bodily fluids that are unpleasant to deal with. The condition of washrooms is often unpleasant.
