Consumer Care Agent

The Role:

To provide excellent consumer care for our consumers both internally and externally with a focus on providing support to Brands and Internal customers in regards to products and the activity of those products. Promote Kao products and function as a brand ambassador. Assist the Consumer Care Team Leader and Quality Management when business needs arise.

What you will do:



  • Keep CRS information current by code corrections from another agent and updating G-ECHO and CRS with product and subject code changes.
  • Keep Social Media system (Astute Agent) current along with ability to trouble shoot issues when they arise.
  • Main contact with consumers via phones, e-mail, and other channels.
  • Assist Consumer Care Team Leader with Salon Returns and data integrity of Salon contacts in Gecho.


What you will need:



  • Highschool Diploma plus 1+ years contact center experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint.
  • Ability to deliver feedback with compassion.
  • Ability to change priorities on the fly.
  • Attention to detail /accuracy.



A reasonable pay range for this position is $20/hr. - $24/hr.
