The Opportunity:

To grow and evolve effectively, organizations need help looking at their operation from the outside. Whether standing up a new organization, transforming an existing one, or transitioning an organization, including merger, split-up, our clients need consultants who will take the time to learn the complexities of their mission and provide them with tangible advice on business process improvements, mission success, and standard methodologies.

That's why we need you, a consultant who can learn how to analyze every aspect of our Navy and Marine Corps clients' operations and help them meet mission requirements by developing innovative solutions to their most pressing challenges in the areas of infrastructure, energy, resiliency, and the environment. On our team, you'll learn to use discussions with stakeholders and support staff to help identify client challenges and collaborate with our team on solutions. Once you have a thorough understanding of organizational challenges and mission requirements, you'll review the path forward-and the expected results-with your team lead and clients.

This is your chance to gain experience in DoD policy, analytics, and decision-making while establishing your consulting skills.
