The Center for Mental Health and Addiction Policy (CMAP) and Dr. Matthew Eisenberg at Johns Hopkins University have an opening for a Statistical Programmer Analyst. The analyst will assist with and help coordinate the daily operations of Dr. Eisenberg's research projects. Dr. Eisenberg is a health economist focusing on projects related to how federal, state, and local policies impact healthcare decision-making, with a special focus on those with mental health and substance use disorders. Current projects focus on the impact of telemedicine policies on engagement with substance use treatment, the impact of housing support policies on mental health and substance use care, and mergers and acquisitions in the behavioral health space. This position is ideal for a candidate with a recent bachelor's degree who is looking for full-time research experience before joining a PhD program. The candidate should plan to start in the summer of 2024, though the exact start date is flexible. This is a one-year position with the possibility of renewal for an additional year, pending funding availability. Specific Duties & Responsibilities
