Position Summary Babysitters are the primary caregivers for certain staff member's kids. The babysitter is responsible for following planning guide, teaching, coordinating, supervising, and carrying out activities. Responsibilities also include guiding children in their personal growth and in the daily schedule. Essential Functions

High School or Equivalent (preferred)
Experience
Must be 16 years of age or high school graduate. Must have the desire to work with children, interact with them and assist in teaching activities. Ability to visually and auditorily identify and respond to environmental and other hazards. Ability to observe camper behavior, assess its appropriateness, enforce appropriate safety and emergency procedures, and apply appropriate behavior-management techniques. Ability to accept supervision and guidance. First aid and CPR certification is a plus. (required)
