Under the direction of the production supervisor, assists in coordinating/directing/monitoring the production in the area assigned. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedures manual, and to comprehend basic instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor, co-workers, and other personnel. Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs. Communication Skills - Clearly articulates ideas and information. Team Player - Contributes effectively to team performance; does own fair share and willingly supports others. Problem Solving - the ability to work through details of a situation to reach a solution
