Job Summary |
Coordinates and administers all aspects of academic related programs and services. |
Essential Functions |
- Assists the director of planning, implementation, and assessment in the Office of Special Projects and Initiatives in managing strategies and programs for academic related programs and services for historically underrepresented and underserved populations in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
- Coordinates program/services activities including academic year programs and summer camps to ensure relevant guidelines, specifications, policy and/or procedures are enforced and followed, and operations are running smoothly.
- Provides information to and facilitates communication between administrators, faculty, staff, students, and parents concerning programs/services.
- Maintains relevant databases to ensure accurate and accessible records including enrollment data, attendance, and performance records.
- Plans and procures resources, and ensures all supplies are readily available for the program/services activities.
- May supervise student employees.
