Role and Responsibilities:



  • Seeking a Sr. Developer with 5-7 years of experience in AWS Python PySpark SQL AWS and domain expertise in Cards & Payments
  • As a Sr. Developer you will be responsible for designing developing andmaintaining software applications using Python PySpark SQL andAWS.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements troubleshoot issues andoptimize performance.
  • Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.
  • Ability to work on AWS service like EMR ECEC2 S3 RDS ELB and should understand concept related to Security Groups IAM role VPC.
  • Strong AWS PySpark Python SQLskills.
  • Writing PySpark code to pull data from source files/API/Views into Redshift/Snowflake.
  • Daily monitoring Production jobs in AROW Scheduler.



Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 04/14/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $[95,000-$105,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
