In this role, you will:



  • Own the overall account and client relationship:

    • Establish collaborative, trusted partnerships with key stakeholders
    • Be accountable for business outcomes and team performance results
    • Serve as an escalation point for risk/issues related to the client
    • Manage, execute, and collaborate with internal Centric teams and third parties in account administration activities, such as project setup, talent acquisition & staffing, revenue optimization, approval of account time and expense, forecasting, billing and accounts receivable, etc.


  • Develop a deep understanding of your client's organization priorities in order to:

    • Demonstrate company and Financial Services knowledge
    • Bring the best of Centric to address the client's biggest opportunities
    • Lead strategic account planning demonstrating financial and business acumen, value analysis, and opportunity insight
    • Evaluate existing accounts to expand offerings as well as analyze competitors, recommend strategies, and lead proposals to gain net new business


  • Delivery solutions for clients that help them achieve their goals:

    • Drive discovery of new opportunities to significantly grow new revenue streams
    • Demonstrate value to the customer by leading the creation of the solution proposal, business case, and contract win
    • Lead projects/programs and participate in projects in both Business Consulting and Technology Delivery in a billable capacity
    • Maintain alignment to the Centric mission to create unmatched experiences for our clients and employees. Live the Centric values and be a steward of the firm's culture.





Who You Are:



  • Has a minimum 7+ years of experience in Account Management and Project Delivery roles.
  • Has a strong background in the Financial Services industry, ideally in the areas of account management and/or sales.
  • Has a strong understanding of the Financial Services sector including current technologies, partnership ecosystem, and major trends impacting the industry.
  • Demonstrates a track record of successfully developing and growing large complex financial services accounts in the Boston area.
  • Ability to set an account strategy and goals and provide leadership to ensure the team achieves the planned goals.
  • Builds trust and has the client's best interest at heart.
  • Proven ability to deliver unmatched client experiences.
  • Ability to provide true thought leadership and understanding of clients' industry and market in order to assess client needs, identify omissions and gaps, and design optimal solutions.
  • Executive-level communication, both internal and customer facing.
  • Strong focus in all areas of delivery, relationship management, and the identification of opportunities and risks.
  • Experience developing proposals and SOWs for clients and prospects.
  • This role is a hybrid of onsite in Boston and remote.
