As a Corporate FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining P&L views for the business that align to our company objectives and private equity sponsor requirements. This position is a key member of our Corporate FP&A team and will also support and potentially work with a variety of partners including our investment bank, private equity sponsors, rating agencies, lenders and other stakeholders.

As a Corporate FP&A Manag you will:

  • Support the Corporate FP&A group with financial planning, forecasting, and analysis

  • Analyze and communicate monthly/quarterly financial results and develop financial forecasts

  • Develop compelling dashboards and data visualizations using field-proven formats

  • Consolidate costs and expenses and deliver analysis and insights to ensure cost management is in line with company goals and objectives

  • Partner closely with the Business Partner FP&A teams and Go-to-Market FP&A teams to consolidate expenses and headcount forecast and results in Adaptive

  • Develop standard reporting to provide the right level of detail and insights on costs and expenses. Develop a standard process for tracking and managing one-time costs

  • Provide FP&A support of monthly operating reviews, Board of Director meetings and other executive presentations

  • Work closely with other Corp FP&A team members to respond to inquiries from our investment bank, lenders, rating agencies or private equity sponsors

  • Own Adaptive administration and maintain dimensions and attributes as well as monthly actual integration process

  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting including data queries from various financial systems, analyze trends, identify key drivers and risks

  • Participate in other ad hoc financial analysis under the direction of the Sr. Director of Corp FP&A

  • Participate in key finance projects aimed at increasing growth and profitability

  • Assist in special projects by building financial models for scenario planning

We are excited about you if you have:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, P&L analysis and/or department cost and expense management

  • Prior experience in the Software or SAAS industry a plus

  • Proficiency in 3 statement financial models a plus - Balance sheet, P&L and Cash flow

  • Prior experience working with private equity sponsors a plus

  • Strong excel and/or google sheets and financial modeling experience required

  • Proficiency with an FP&A system (Anaplan, Adaptive, NetSuite, etc.) a plus

  • Project Financial modeling and reporting

  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills and close attention to detail

  • Passion for teamwork and collaboration, and humility balanced with drive to succeed

  • BS / BA equivalent degree or MBA with Finance emphasis
